Just call Google on the provided number. It's better to talk to someone than interact through email anyway. And if you live outside the US, use Gmail's "google voice" to call. It's free to any US number.

@marathone: I mentioned that my phone is not being recognized by my computer. I tried to use Odin, I also tried every driver possible, uninstalled, reinstalled and it just doesn't appear in my connected devices.
