    I didn't get a email to go pick up my phone but I called the 800 number and it said that my phone is ready for pickup. I guess I will be going in tomorrow to pick up my phone at 8am.

    I think if your order is by 9/24, you qualify for the free gifts. I'm sure you'll get your phone by then.

    I read a comment awhile back that when you activate your Note 8, you should be able to log into your Verizon account and trade your phone to get the $480 trade in value. I hope thats how the process goes.
