Again I ordered Dec 27..... Got this Mar 24, I'm so sorry for the delays in production and shipping. Although both production facilities are running at full peak, we are further behind our schedule than expected due to demand. We are currently integrating our new internal shipping schedule...

Same thing with me, I even ordered on the same day Dec 27. My excuse was they had my order number mixed up with another and I would receive a tracking number by Feb 2..............right. may-be someday.
