    Bricked EVO? Not rooted either...

    Had the same thing happen to me. My phone was fine earlier, and then all of a sudden turned dead in my pocket. The battery shouldn't have been close to empty. Took your advice with the power button and it sprung back to life. I was about to take it back for a replacement.

    The app is Layers, but the last two days I've been having trouble with this function. At first it did work, maybe a fluke.

    Seeing it here too. I don't know whether it's effecting the functionality, but I am not very far from the router and only have one bar? Could this be a defect?
