    I checked for a system update under settings after I set up the phone. An update was available and it made a big difference on the fps.

    It seems that way. Just make sure to run the system update. I think that's the main difference.

    I'll share mine. At first, it was downright terrible. Ran the update, and have been periodically turning the phone off and on using the fingerprint. It is a night and day difference now, unlocking every time with barely a touch.

    This phone is really something else. Guy at my daughter's taekwondo class compared with his iPhone X and said hes going to get this instead.

    It showed up in the UPS app. It'll be a green button that says "follow my delivery".

    One of my phones is out for delivery. The other is still on destination scan in the town next to me. Hopefully it updates soon with the delivery verification.
