I'm having a similar issue with the S6, more specifically my touchscreen has been unresponsive for several HOURS! This phone isn't even two weeks old, nor has it been dropped or damaged. I'm SOOOOOO frustrated with this...I've done the stupid reboots, though I have not done the factory version...
