Just got my watch today! But the free watch band still hasn't shipped, so guess I'll have to wait some more.

You have a point. I'm just happy it didn't take longer because some said it could take up to 5 weeks to ship a backorder :s

I think expedited shipping came free for everyone who preordered, but since the watch didn't ship on the 24th, they will ship it using the basic shipping option (normal, i think). So they are refunding what should've been an "extra"... If this is the case, then nice one from Samsung! Good thing...

Actually my order is listed as "preorder" on the website too! I just can't understand how a company can have two different statuses for the same order! Shouldn't the website and app get info from the same source?

Exactly! This is very weird and i have never faced this issue with any preorders from Samsung before... I will post updates as soon as i get some more info!

Yup... mine was backordered as well. I just called them and they said they had no information yet on when it will be shipped (46mm Silver Galaxy Watch), so i will have to wait for an email. But they said that it shouldn't be long. I hope so :/
