    I am unable to unlock my pin screen. The zoom is enabled and I can enter the pin number but not able to find the check mark to complete opening it. So this is something the carrier has no idea how to fix and tech support is no help.

    Help!y mother is having this problem and no.one has been able to help. That's 2 t.mobile stores and lg tech support as well as geek squad... Help.. factory reset wont work either cause we cant unlock the phone
