    My friend has a Galaxy 8. She clicked on an ad (ahhh!!) and downloaded some cute locking emoji. This has changed her home screen/wallpaper and she's unable to get rid of the display.

    I also had similar issue. What's worrying me is will the replacement note 7 have the same issue? Mine froze, continually rebooted, would not accept my pin and I was unable to turn it off. Had to let the battery run down. Anyone heard anything from Samsung on this issue?

    The battery problem is going to fixed but what about the bricking, looping, freezing problems that are being talked about. Anybody heard of feedback from Samsung on these issues?

    I purchased my n7 from HN and have had confirmation from them that I can swap mine. Not sure what to do as mine did the boot loop thing, wouldn't recognise my pin and I wasn't able to turn it off, had to let the battery run down. What's the replacement going to do?
