I'd highly recommend going to your carrier for support. Have you pulled the battery and let it sit? Did it get wet? Charger cord yanked viciously?

I just ordered the yootech smart circle case and the triangular shaped charger. Looking forward to it. My cruzerlite case is starting to loosen up and slipping off on the corner when it gets caught.

Go online and chat with att support. They'll either find a service center near you, or will issue you an RMA. I replaced mine earlier this month for different reasons. Just be prepared, the buttons and camera on the replacement most likely won't be BB blue :/
