    no keyboard for voicemail password

    On the keypad I dial *86. The prompt asks me for my password. The screen offers three bars to press "use touchtone pad"," Return to call in progress" or "add call" none of these buttons get any response. Eventually the voicemail gives up waiting for me to enter the password.

    Thanks for asking. I am referring to the basic voicemail. The dialer keypad to enter my PIN will not appear.
