Re: Repair service for cracked screen? Not sure where you are, but if you're in the L.A. area, I have used uBreakiFix to repair a cracked LCD. Ran me $89. Decent job. Screen seems to have a slightly visible checkerboard glare in the right light, but besides that, not too bad.

I stopped using my Beats headset (on my second pair) for exercise altogether because the included buds seem to be too loose or too tight for me. Now I just use a much more comfortable (and cheap) Sony headset that wraps around my ear. Reminds me why I've never spent more than $10-$15 on earphones.

It will be interesting to see how it competes with an iPad 2.

I had the same issues w/CommRom. I really liked it, but I found that if I left the WiFi or GPS on, it was draining my battery rather quickly. Kept them off throughout the day and results were a lot better. I just switched to Cyanogen and battery seems to last longer, even if I do leave WiFi...

Droid X There are other phones with the awesome matching specs, what I really want to try out are the re-sizable widgets. It seems to be what sets it apart from most of the competition.
