I sent them an email on Friday. Not expecting much if anything from them due to the language barrier. I have a feeling that they will recommend a factory reset costing me hours of setup and customization.

My device crashed during a large FTP transfer. After rebooting, the touch functionality stopped working on all screens. Following a hard power-off, touch is working again, but now the FTP and the Directv app will no longer switch to landscape mode. I’ve already tried a full uninstall/reinstall...
