Thanks tried that took off security apps. Still not working. I don't know what's wrong with it.

The game worked before I got this phone. Previously had a note 8. There is security on the phone I'll try uninstalling it and trying the game. No the game doesn't work on data either.

I downloaded from the play store. I'm using my wi-fi network version.

Have galaxy note 10 All other games and apps work fine. Won't load Fish Adventure Seasons. No internet connection pops up and game asks me to quit. Internet is fine. It doesn't work on mobile data either. Plane mode off. Have restarted, Cleaned cache, reinstalled, tryed with either wifi and or...
