Update: The Gmail app appears to generate notifications addressed to my Gmail account. It has generated only one notification for an email addressed to my Yahoo account, but has failed to generate notifications for other emails addressed to my Yahoo account.
Oreo 8.1, Nexus 6p. I don't know when it started, but now I don't get notifications from emails arriving in my inbox. I do get notifications from other apps though. I am using the Gmail app and the BlueMail app. Each app has the two accounts Gmail and AT&T (Yahoo).
Lately when I start the ac app, instead of seeing a list of the latest articles, I find myself looking at one of the articles already opened(Oneplus 5t in red). Is this something wrong with my phone, or is this by design of Android Central?

I have an app for parking / finding a car. When I go to find the car, the only navigation app available is (Google) Maps. I can't find a way to get Maps to not be the default navigation app. This is not a problem in Android 5.1. I don't have any other versions to try.
