I have this issue too, it started yesterday (8 August 2017) then stopped, but today just won't go away. I've tried all the above, have loaded both Swiftkey and Smart Keyboard Pro but just keep getting the message 'Samsung Keyboard has stopped'.... I have never actually even used the Samsung...
