It's a new phone, so I can try the factory reset option. I also can try the RUU, but I do hope it's somehting that simple at this point, not a problem with the phone or the software compatability with my desktop.

I just recieved a replacement Vivid. Imported my contacts. Now I can't send text message because the phone has added a parenthesis to every phone number. Works if I manually input the phone number, but can't pull contact from People. How can I get rid of the extra parenthesis when texting...
