Hi, my sister-in-law dropped her Droid 4 in the toilet. After putting the phone in rice for 3 days, it will turn on and first show the red Motorola logo, then the red Droid eye loading screen, but never progresses beyond the loading screen. Advice on how to proceed? Thanks in advance!
