I do too. Especially after listening to music my phone volume stays stuck to media volume when using the rocker instead of diverting back to ringer volume after closing out the music/media. It doesn't go back to ringer volume and can thus be too low to hear calls come in.

I just received my replacement. It looks like brand new and works great. No more rebooting.

I asked Verizon for a refurb last night. Been getting too many reboots and battery performance is worse since OTA. I and starting to hate this phone. Junk compared to most new phones (it's competition).
