Thanks B Diddy, but no dice with Sound About. The rub here is Visual Voicemail is playing through the earpiece. So Im wondering if maybe some sort of setting has gotten messed up. Factory reset? Ugh.

Unless I have headphones plugged in or bluetooth on, I cannot hear anything on calls nor can the person on the other end hear me. No issues if one of those two are in place. Putting call on speaker does not work either. When I play messages from visual voicemail, I can hear them no problem...
