I got my droid RAZR m 4.1.1 rooted also have safe strap and a second ROM cm10 4.1.2 .. but for some reason when I'm on seconed ROM everything works . But time to time asks me for sim network code. It allows me to dismiss . But still pops up sometimes... any clues as to why?

i have htc vivid 2.3.4 i had finally unlocked bootloader, then rooted. i noticed that recovery would freeze at white screen. i cleared cash and factory reset. still the same issue. i found online the update to 4.0.3 .. after doing update, i had lost root, and am not able to root, the same way...
