    Just saying all these app locks on the play store can be circumvented in a minute either by force stopping it or via safe mode.

    Just food for thought. Monitoring a phone won't help you too much in life.... Use a good parental control app that blocks safe mode too and that's it.

    Samsung Kies will always help you, just go to emergency upgrade and initialization, enter your model number and serial number.

    You CAN downgrade from MM to LP, by flashing the full PB1 firmware and then root it.

    Maybe you disabled it or it's hidden by mistake, go to settings > app manger > under disabled and check if it's there.
