Yes, of course. The LG G3 is a better phone in almost every aspect you can think of, with the only exception being battery life. The battery life is, for obvious reasons, longer lasting on the G2.

I too recommend Nova launcher. Just search for "Nova" in the Play Store, it's free. There is a premium version for like a dollar or something. However, if you're new to Android, I'd say slow your horses. Use the stock, it's great. Really although Nova has been a necessity when I was on stock...

Hello, I don't know about the stock Video app, but on the Play Store I recommend downloading "MX Player". It is the best video player I have used on a smartphone. Highly recommend it.
