Ive restarted several times. If its not compatible, shouldnt there be no kind of data or text messaging either? Regarding the APN, I have no idea what that is

No Data on Metro PCS

I recently bought the Moto G and have purchased a SIM with Metro PCS. I can make calls and texts but I get no data whatsoever. Metro PCS has no idea why there is no data. We have switched SIM Cards and everything. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
