Hey I had the same problem with my phone, then i went to -->settings --> my device --> accessibility and theres this part called hearing, and one of the tick boxes are "turn off all sounds" if that's ticked then that could be what is causing the issues Hope this helps :)

So basically every time i hover my hand over my screen my phone blacks out, then when i move past my phone it turns back on. I've had my phone for about 2 months and it has only just started happening and i have no idea why. Is there a setting that can turn it off?
