FIgured it out...installed an app that announces callers and it also announces time

My Note 8 randomly announces the time and I can't figure out which app/setting is doing this? Does anyone have any ideas? It's driving me nuts!

I've been on a crappy iphone the last 8 months and was just wondering what's the easiest/best way to get my info (texts, contacts etc) transferred over to my Note 8? I've got my contacts synced through google so that should happen automatically, but not sure how to get texts transferred over....

In this instance I was watching live TV in the Xfinity TV app. But it was also dog it when watching YouTube videos.

I know I'm missing a setting somewhere but can't figure out how to keep screen from turning off when I'm watching a video. I can set the screen settings to stay on for up to 10 minutes, but no longer. Isn't there a way to fix this so that I can watch a movie without having to touch the screen...
