Galaxy S4 (Verizon branded) on Straight Talk - Visual Voicemail suddenly not working

Thanks for the reply, Rukbat. I tried calling ST, they didn't do any better than the online chat tech rep. I did verify that, as you said, since my phone originally came from Verizon, it is going to use Verizon towers with ST. It still doesn't make sense to me that Verizon is throwing their...

Galaxy S4 (Verizon branded) on Straight Talk - Visual Voicemail suddenly not working

I'm using my old Verizon branded Galaxy S4 with Straight Talk (because ST told me that my S6 was incompatible with their service), and have been for about a week now. I haven't had any issues until today. I woke up and found that at least two strange things occurred with my phone while I was...

Can you use Straight Talk with a Sprint Galaxy S6 (GSM)?

As it turns out, they had a sim in the package for CDMA/Sprint phones. However, Straight Talk told me that I can't use my Galaxy S6 with their service. So, now I'm stuck using an old Verizon-branded Galaxy S4 with straight talk.

Straight Talk tells me that I can't use my Galaxy S6 with their service. So, I'm stuck using an old Verizon branded Galaxy S4 with them. Ugh.

Can a Sprint Galaxy S6 (w/sim card) be set up on Straight Talk as CDMA?

Thanks. That will help if I have to ask Sprint to unlock the phone. I'm still looking to see if I can just do the switch via Straight Talk's CDMA instructions without unlocking. I did find another forum here specifically for S6. Maybe I'll try posting in there.

Can a Sprint Galaxy S6 (w/sim card) be set up on Straight Talk as CDMA?

I own a Galaxy S6, which I got from Sprint. I'm dumping Sprint and attempting to switch over to Straight Talk. The Straight Talk setup kit comes with instructions for both GSM and CMDA networks. It includes sim cards for either ATT or T-Mobile, and both say they may be used for unlocked phones...

Can you use Straight Talk with a Sprint Galaxy S6 (GSM)?

dpham00, thanks for your answer. The set up package comes with instructions for both GSM and CDMA. To clarify, despite my Sprint / Galaxy S6 having a sim card, I can set it up for Straight Talk with the CDMA instructions? Without removing the existing sim card? Also, would this disable any...
