I've searched Google but haven't found the answer to what I'm trying to do. The icon in the lower right of the screen changes and shows the last app you opened. Is there a way to disable it or remove it? I want to put a icon there that doesn't change.

I used their website and the trade in it showed me was $440. I chatted with an agent using their chat app and was told $440 also.

There is a big difference in trade in price, Verizon is only offering me $440 for my Note 20 on trade in.
