I get 30/4 with roadrunner but I often have problems with speedsas a result from my cable being chewed up or weathered, but other tthan that, it is good! I have sprint on the other hand so... late is nonexistent in my area, but my brother got 3/4 with 2bars on his iPhone 5. And to stay on topic...
