Just released an awesome game called "Space Rider"!
It is a real physics simulation of racing a motorcycle in space. Complete with many levels and customizable bikes and android figures.
Go check it out and let me know what you think!
no you dont need a terminal on your droid x, you use command prompt on your computer, youtube how to use command prompt and you point it to the "tools" folder in the sdk and then use the commands provided
You have to load it onto your phone with adb into the systems framework to get this to work, also must be rooted. I'm updating the title now with instructions.
Updated my Droid X to the leaked version of 2.2 yesterday but decided it was to buggy for me so I went back to 2.1.
One of the best things in my opinion from 2.2 was the look of the lock screen, so I created a framework-res.apk for 2.1 that has the exact same lock screen look of 2.2 for those...
I've looked everywhere and all of them are no longer hosted. I need to manually downgrade using a Motorola Droid 2.1 img please post where i can find one. thanks!
ok i did sync and then re rooted now but it was all a pain.. now that i have contacts settings etc, can i nandroid backup the new rooted image and it will work when i change roms?
or everytime i change a rom i have to sync and redownload and re place everything all over again?
So i just rooted 2.1 and checked and had superuser permissions but after i went back into SPRecovery to restore my contacts and such with a Nandroid restore I dont have the superuser permissions.. i'm new to this but is there a way to keep root and restore all my contacts and apps?
