Screen issues are seriously over hyped.

Completely agree with your take and I also have a Note8 on hand for a comparison.

My Review on the HTC U Ultra

All fair points made. I love my Ultra though. By all reasonable measurements this isn't a phone I should love but (for me) it is the story of the sum exceeding the parts. I've sold my OP 3T and my Mate 9 is for sale; that's how much I like my Ultra. The battery is and always will be a...

Anybody going to drop the Mate 9?

I don't like the lack of tap to wake, or an always on display option. EMUI is just different enough to not appeal to me. Incredibly awesome fingerprint scanner but I don't like it on the back. If you're putting buttons on the back, do so as LG did for years - that I liked.

Anybody going to drop the Mate 9?

I've enjoyed my Mate 9 but it's currently up for sale on Swappa. Just enough niggles that I'm not a fan of it as a daily driver.

    Samsung browser or chrome?

I'm using Sammy's browser, owing to the ad blocking plugins.

    S7 edge Battery life

I'm so impressed with the battery on this, it is as good as my V10 is bad. 5:30 of SOT, a stupendously good gadget. Though I find myself trying to knock on and read my fingerprint on the back. Posted via the Android Central App

Is the v10 a GREAT phone with a bonus screen, or a so-so phone with a second screen gimmicks?

I concur, I do like Sammy's route where 5.7" is truly 5.7" of screen. Posted via the Android Central App

Is the v10 a GREAT phone with a bonus screen, or a so-so phone with a second screen gimmicks?

The V10 is a very nice phone, certainly not middling. However, all of the Android flagships have "issues" this year. The V10's include: shipping with Lollipop; lack of OEM accessories (EBay and Amazon scalpers, don't count); Using the 808 when the 810 has largely been sorted; poor battery...

I'm considering buying the LG v10 or Note 4 instead of the Samsung Note 5.

I've had the Note 4 and V10. Tough choice, I'd lean towards the V10 becuase the camera is better. Updates are a crap-shoot on either. The Snapdragon 808 is newer, if not better than the 805. You'll likely have more custom ROM's, accessories, and most everything else with the Note 4 - plus...

    V10 International Models

Go and get the TMO model, then head to XDA. You'll be able to unlock the bootloader, root and have it running just the way you want in no time. There is also a lovely debloated stock ROM that is smooth and stable. Posted via the Android Central App

    V10 Holster

The Seidio Surface holster (Nexus 6 version) will also hold the V10 in Incipio's Dualpro case and in Spigen's Slim Armor. Width is spot on while in both cases, Incipio pushes the length to the very limit as the photo shows. Posted via the Android Central App

LG V10 phone color: which one best

Not much of a choice with TMO, black on black and its quite nice. Choice would've been nice; carrier exclusives are so wonderful... Posted via the Android Central App

    Things you don't like about LGV10? :(

My biggest issue with the V10 is LG's inability to provide accessories. How can they have a flagship out for two months and there remains no retail presence for the wireless back and battery/cradle? Also, LG remains half-assed with updating. Marshmallow would be great but monthly security...

    V10 Holster

One more of the top hinge, it is solidly in contact with the V10. Posted via the Android Central App

    V10 Holster

The phone rattles a bit without the case. Length is nearly spot on, width not quite owing to Shamu being so wide. Posted via the Android Central App
