I have already do all the stuff you mentioned guys, the problem is still there, other thing that I notice is that in games, the lag doesn't seem to appear. Yes, developer options. Also I have already set the phone to factory reset and even though that solution, the problem still persist

Other thing that I have to mention is that have activated the programer option that says "disable hardware overlay " and it seems to work, but one con of this is that the performance is a little bit slower as normal.
