Yeah maybe. Maybe I'll try my luck going into a Verizon store to see what they say. Im going to guess they'll tell me just to use their Verizon Message+ app, which is not what I want to do.

Thanks for the response. The odd thing is that I don't miss any texts on Verizon Message+. I've tried out Android Messages, Samsung Messages, and Textra...I miss the exact same messages on all 3 of those apps. Why would it work on Verizon's app, but none of the other texting apps? So strange.

Galaxy S8...so yep, it's a newer samsung phone. But this only happens on non-Verizon Message+ apps.
