    Yes it TracFone phone that was bought on amazon. In March I had to update my phone using smart switch but if I check this https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-S111DL/TFV/doc.html it shows an update but smart switch doesn't find it and my phone wont find it.

    It's TracFone, No I didn't get the phone directly from them I bought it locked to them off of amazon. I have tried to use smart switch but it doesn't show an update I'm still using an update from March.
