Can't find how to disable Call Screening.

The incoming call should be "screened" when the Screen Call button is tapped. Currently the call is simply "answered" when the button is tapped which defeats the purpose of Call Screening.

Anyone having an issue with call be answered when the Call Screening button is tapped? Anyone know of a fix? Was working properly for months until yesterday. Thanks.
