They told me same thing. But, they also refunded $20 and taxes from when I bought the N7. So, yeah, get mad, but they're not going to pay your taxes. Verizon is gonna get theirs one way or another.

Oh and I'm leaving Sammy after Note 2, Note 4 and now Note 7. Going to the dark side...only because I want to try it on and see how it fits. I think if they design the hardware and software, fewer problems, better updates, and it's compatible with my tablet. But, oh, I will miss this beautiful...

Battery life...I'm a heavy active user and my phone is down to 31% after 4 hours. Never used anything but Samsung's Note 2, 4 and now 7. Battery life has been a problem on all three phones. I'm so used to plugging my phone in all the time it's become normal. But I'm kinda getting tired of it. Oh...
