    cannot access Google Play Store - Background data disabled

    I've been perplexed by this for days. Finally I accessed the app in my application manager and checked the box to uninstall latest updates. Viola! :D I am able to use it again. Hope this helps. It might have been a recent update so maybe this will fix it.
