Even with app notifications turned off somehow every time the phone is plugged into the car radio the app will ask for permission to open and then permission to be the default usb player for the device. I have tried turning off permissions but for some reason they still pop up.

Yes, I am able to use the phone with the car radio easily without the app. It connects to all my podcasting app, spotify, audible, etc no issue. The frustrating part is simply having to close down the android message to install the radio's app (Arc media player) every time I plug into the cars...
