That was happening to me also. It puzzled me until I figured out that charging two items at one time drained the batteries. If you are changing two items at once try unplugging one and see what happens

I think I got it. They articulate differently and have different rubber suction pads

So, I have the supcase on my phone which makes the total width a hair under 3.5". So far the widest mount I found was 3.5". Either that or go to a tablet mount. I currently have an iottie one touch. I really liked that one but it's a little to narrow. Any suggestions?

Hmmm. I do not see the Bluetooth symbol. It must have been a 2.4 GHz mouse.

The reason I ask is because I bought a BT mouse (a cheap one) that came with a dongle. The tablet does not see the mouse. Do I need to get a mouse without a dongle?

I just want to know if the S mouse is any different then any other BT mouse. If so, what suggestions do you have? I didn't want to spend to much money on the mouse. I won't be using it that often.
