After a software update, I'm having the same issue. My phone charged from a hard outlet, completely shut down, plugged in from 5p-7a and got to a whopping 56%. The day before, it dropped from 56% to 18% in 2 hours. Any solutions other than purchasing spare batteries & chargers?
