I've restarted my phone twice now, cleared my cache, and tried charging my phone in private mode, but nothing seems to be working. It's a bug that randomly started happening when I removed my charger and plugged it into another outlet.

I can't charge my phone while it is locked because I keep getting the "moisture detected" warning, despite the fact that my phone hasn't been near any water all day. This issue has been happening for the past 2 hours, and only when I lock my phone.

There is a small gold colored piece, part of my headphone jack that is sticking out. This piece is preventing me from being able to plug in my headphones. What is it and how do I fix it? Apologies for blurry photo, it was taken off of an iPhone 4 *shudders*. But I believe that the gold piece is...
