Got it this morning for AT&T unlocked. Oddly, all the app icons in my notification panel are now just white circles after applying. Rebooted, no help there. Anyone know a fix for this?

Got it for unlocked on AT&T as well. Seems like a small patch. Perhaps we will see Android 13 later in the month as rumored. First time AT&T unlocked has gotten the patch before the month has begun this year. Yay!

Got the update this morning. AT&T unlocked/pay as you go. The update does include then performance limiter fix, perhaps that's why there was a delay. It looks like Verizon Unlocked phones are also getting the update this morning.

Are you behind a VPN? I've seen this happen when I'm behind a VPN running off my router. It's an issue with Android 12. I find if you run the VPN off the phone instead the speeds are much better.

Didn't India already get their update on the 8th? Is this a second patch for them?
