    Data is on, but can't access the internet

    I changed on the voice recorder app to off. Haven't been on phone since. A tip from google when i asked for help (?) p.s. Last discussion should have been if anyone would be able to help me.

    My phone beeps while I am talking on it. I have call waiting turned off. The beeping noise is very loud and the one I am on the with, we cannot hear each other and hurts my ears to no end.     Where Is The 'My Files' Folder ?

    I have a 5ON my files app is not on my home screen and can't get to my files. Other app's missing also. I want you the same app's that I had on my old galaxy 5. Maybe these app's don't come with this phone? Same carrier. Thx!
