Make sure you don't have the "Sleep in pocket" setting on... If you do, any time you put your hand over the sensor by the camera, the phone will sleep.

Well I was feeling lazy and "one click root" sounded good. Went the the manual way and did it in 5 minutes. So confirmed it does work!

You will never get 3G with a TMobile Nexus one... Even If you bought an unlocked one... Its not made to operate on a ATT 3G band...

Typing on the storm 9530 to me was alot better than on my Eris. I truly miss Surepress (Yes I know) and Sure type (For when in portrait). I also miss the BB OS for some reason. Only thing I like about the Eris is the speed, browser and widgets. Otherwise, I miss my Storm :(

Thats odd... I can switch between Sense UI and Standard with 0 problems...

Go into the settings for each app that syncs and set Auto to "OFF"... Also, for the google apps (Gmail, Calender, Phonebook) go to settings then data sync and turn off auto sync but leave background sync on... Apps that sync are usually ons that are always updating like facebook, myspace...
