I experienced the exact same thing yesterday. Nexus 5x w/ 7.0. Extremely frustrating. I think I rebooted the phone to recover, but like the previous posts, I don't attribute that specific action to have resolved the problem. Something's going on...

I can verify excellent Project Fi (Nexus 5x) voice and data coverage in Warsaw, Dublin and various part of northern Germany. Also Manaus in Brazil. Add Vancouver, Lethbridge and south-western Ontario. Agree, sure is nice to be able to turn-off airplane mode once you land!

Just got back from Canada yesterday. Tethering worked fine. In Ontario on the shores of Lake Huron. Although sometimes I lost data service and had to go in/out of airplane mode to recover (not related to tethering.) Mike

Anyone else had this problem and a solution? For a week or so, the power button would be stuck down. So pressing "home" would take a picture. Very frustrating! Now the power button has no effect at all. If the phone is on, I can't turn it off; if it's off (or sleeping), I can't turn it on...

I've had "off-by-a-time-zone" issues in the past. Never could pinpoint a cause. Always set to use network time. Switching to non-network, then switching back would not correct it. Would just correct on its own. But I've never been of by anything other than an even hour.

Working for me (stock AT&T Captivate). Installed Amazon App store, no problem. No visible change to the phone, version or menus.

Hey Stew1411 - where are you? I have horrible coverage in Stillwater (3G) and Cushing (Edge). Can't keep a call alive driving between them. Lately, been having trouble sending texts in Stw. Yesterday, texting was failing in OKC. ATT, more bars anywhere. Right.
