My phone only does this at my house. I go to work and losing 2% per hour-- then come home and the plummet begins. It will stop if I reset the phone by taking out the battery. with WIFI off- I have around 3 bars of LTE. Its really annoying. Let me know if you figure out a fix... Chief.
