    Maxx says there is an update available, but there's not??? Screenshots....

    I had the same issue. Tried to do a cache partition clear which did not work. Finally did a factory reset, with the help of a Verizon tech, and it cleared the issue. My battery life ahs doubled, and the tech seemed to think that the initial download might have not totally installed. Phone works...

    Another JB update question

    Have the Razr Maxx on Verizon. Accepted the JB update last week, and noticed that my group contacts fro texting are no longer there nor accessible. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any clue how to fix it?
