    Did you have to download anything extra to get it working? I only have the Samsung Keyboard option and that is not an option to disable or change?

    Installed the Smart Switch software on my laptop and synced my phone but cannot see anything in there around firmware updates and its not finiding any new software to install

    So would that be a case of using Smart Switch to move the data off of the phone and factory resetting it ?

    Hi, tried those two as well and did the Messages cache and data again, restarted but still get the same fault. Any other suggestions? Its only since doing the upgrade to 6.0.1 that the issue has occurred
