I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S 3 in Nov. 2014. Lately the charger that came with it is charging slower and slower, to the point that if using it while charging it still loses ground, so to speak, in that the % charged goes down not up. Have to either put the phone to sleep or turn off for it...
