not every note 5 has this issue so i wouldn't let that keep you from getting the phone. its the only issue that i have with the 5 so if they can get a software fix, then its all gravy. if not then...might have to go back to the dark side on my next Tmo jump :)

the issue is a bit of a pain in the ***. some worse than others but the phone is top notch with everything else. i wouldn't let this keep you from getting the phone as not everyone has this issue. i would definitely keep it on your list though

That's why I haven't done the factory reset. Hate do have to re setup the phone if the issue still comes back. This sux. Phone is the sh!t outside of this though Posted via the Android Central App
